Ripoff rude ignorant

I am glad I am not the only one with problems. First I was 1 day late and they called me at work (no less) and cursed me like I was the most worthless person on earth. I hung up on them. The repeatedly called my 80yr old grandmother, my family, my work. We were also doing our payments bi-weekly. We changed banks and 2 mths later they still didn't have that corrected with me sending 4 voided checks to them. We went to doing western union quick collect. They would call me and say "oh I guess our computers haven't updated yet". Well, don't you think you should let them update before calling someone. They even called on my wedding day!!! 6 mths after I got married they still had my maiden name on there system after I sent, and faxed copies of my marriage cert. I had to fax copies of my checks that they cashed monthly to show these idiots that they were wrong. We finally got fed up and told them to shove the house up their A$. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.!!! Our payments continually increased, they also owned the park we were in and our lot rent went up every year. I have never met such rude, ignorant people in my whole life.
