Ripped me off four times and are trying for a fifth! Ripoff help virginia

I have paid off two accounts four times now. They are now trying for a fifth. I have written letters, stating they were wrong, and letters stating they were wrong but changed their mind and added late fees and sixty dollar fees for them to change it. I have names of broken english boligerant, rude, operators who freely admit they are wrong and promises of a final solution, which never comes.

I have had my credit trashed even though i have been robbed of thosands of dollars. I tried to buy a house which was screwed up for four months because of these crooks. I have hours and hours and hours of being treated like a piece of trash, lied to, hung up on, transfered, promised, and basically humiliated. They cost me two points on my loan as i had to pay them off for the fourth time even though i did it because i wanted my house. So not only did they steal thousands from me they cost me thousands on my higher interest loan.

I am sick and just disgusted beyond words. Reading through these i see i am not alone, and just when i thought it was over here comes more capital one bills for the fifth time. I will never give those rotten thieves another penny so long as i live. They have caused me mental anguish (which i never believed in) they have trashed my credit, and are costing me more money on all my payments.

They should be ashamed of what they do, with no regard to the individuals they trash while giving millions of dollars of stolen money away on stupid game shows and ridiculous commercials. These are the people who built this monster and hopefully will be the same ones there when something is done. I feel helpless, robbed, and have filed complaints with state and federal agencies.

I tell everyone i can what should never be in your wallet, its not a card its their thieving hands. I would personally like to thank capital one for showing me just what a rewarded and protected customer i was, and that the only protection i should have had was from them!
