Providian Credit Card Insurance
Refuse to let us use the insurance we paid for, harrassing phone calls, rude calls Ripoff

My husband had the providian card 6 yrs ago, he had to have sinus surgery, he tried to use the insurance on the card that he was paying for, the company refused to pay, Providian wouldnt hold up to their promises, a $200 is now $1100 and we are still getting phone calls everyday.

I was not married to him at the time but the people who call keep threatening to ruin my credit.

After explaining the problem to one of the ladies that called, she told me the insurance is impossible to redeem, then demanded a payment.
