Cross Country bank - Providian aka emerge ripoff charge 150 to open account, won't close account, my limit 400. They add ininterest till they are satisfied and refused my 20.00 month paymnt

Crosscountrybank approved my card; my limit was 4oo. Oo. When I lost my job refused my 20.00 payment till I got bck on my feet. They kept the card open even after I told them to close it 5 times. Harrased my ex employer, harrassed my referances and myself and they seemed to never have record of my contacting them.

Now they have screwed up my credit with charge offs same with providian. Only they changed to emerge and also the insurance I paid for in case of layoff wouldn't and couldn't be used at that time for some reason blood suckers! Single mom in henderson nv.
