Ripoff billing me for a card I've never had Internet

This guy calls me on the phone and asks if I'd like to take care of me providian bill of 800 dollars!!! Not only have I never had a providian card I've never seen one! So I ask him to send me a copy of all my so called purchases with this card and haven't seen any response in 3 weeks! So I'm trying to buy a house and now I have an 800 dollar judgement against me for something I've never had or care to have! If you can't pay cash you don't need it!!!
