Ripoff Stole money from my bank account

Merrick bank withdrew money out of my bank account electronicaly and states I have not made my payments, but my bank statement say other wise. I have faxed them my statements and they responded by calling me a liar on the phone. I tried many times to talk to a superviser and they would not let me. When I did talk to someone they had me fax my statement, but when I called to confirm they said they did not recieve the fax. I told her that I had conformation that they did recieve it. She said it did't matter to send it again. It has been going on for a month.
