Ripoff scam credit card coupons

Hi everyone. Like others, I was completely lied to; promised a VISA card with a 2500 dollar limit, that would build credit, and has an amazing 8% interest rate, with no additional fees on cash advances.

After 2 weeks, I received a pile of coupons (all of which were completely useless). Called several times and braved the annoying waiting music. Spoke with somebody that informed me I still had another envelope coming. I asked what was inside and he said he didnt know, supposedly they were a contracted customer support agency.

He told me if I hadnt received the envelope by such and such date I should call back and he would "resend." After another call I learned that it would be an application enclosed not the actual card, which was a complete and utter lie from the girl, by the name of Jennifer Jackson on the phone. She is a complete liar, she even told me they send the things FedEx and usually come in 2-3 days. I received the useless coupons via USPS Parcel Post. Hah!

After I called 2 weeks after I had received the coupons, and stated I still had not received the infamous manila envelope, I told the support representative that I had enough and would just like a refund. He said I would have to wait until I received the manila envelope since he had just ordered a new shipment. I said no, I dont want it, cancel the order, I just want a refund. He stated that it was impossible to cancel an order, I said that is ridiculous you just put it down about 2 seconds ago. After that dumb statement by him I asked to speak with a supervisor. He stated that "none were available" and one would call me back at 5PM. Complete LIE, never received the call, and there office closed at 5PM!

They will tell you that you will have to pay shipping, you will have to pay blah blah blah, its all a scam to extort more money. Dont send them a penny.

To gain your refund, simply go to your bank and tell them of unauthorized fraudulent activity. Request and affidavit to dispute the charge. My bank told me I will have the charges back in my account in 24-48 hours. You can get a full refund if it has been 60 or less days. You might have to cause a hassle if it has been more than 60 days.

Get your money back, then cuss out the customer service. Laugh in his face. Have other people call and do the same. Have fun with it, I know I did.
