Company They stole money from me payed off some of my bills appraised my home for 130,000 gave me 110,000 with only 6,000 cash out I need you to look at the settlement statement and my hud statement there is definetly A problem

I refinanced with ameriquest in october
they appraised my house for 130000 and paid out 110000
we only got 6000 cash out which they held back 3000

For a second appraisal to be done to have are
carpet removed off our stairs when the appraiser
came he was taking pictures of the other rooms in our house he was only to come back for the stairs
