Ripoff Accused me of a debt I'm not aware of

I was checking my credit report when I noticed that I was "Seriously past due date / assigned to attorney, collection agency, or credit grantor's internal collection department" (Directly from my credit report).

I have been trying to repair my credit for the past 2 years which mean I have not opened any accounts lately. My credit report states that I opened an account June which is completely wrong.

I am trying to get in touch with the company to figure this out. If anyone has contacted them and were successful at getting them to fix this discrepancy please let me know.
