They deceive, lie, cheat, and have extremely poor customer service... A Major Rip Off

In July a customer representative called about an unsecured credit card for $2000.00 that the processing fee would be $299.00. The $299.00 was taken out of my checking account on July 11. I was supposed to receive the card within 10 to 15 business days. It is now February and I have never received the credit card. I have called customer service at 1-888-523-8477 numerous since July and been told different reasons as to why I had not received the card, everything including the storms that they had in Florida.

When finally they "shipped it out", it was supposed to have been shipped to the wrong address, months later. After checking on the Ripped-off website, I found out that another customer had been dealing the same issues that I had and that the package that I had been waiting on would not be a credit card, but instead some coupons. I then called customer service once again and found that the package I was to receive was not the credit card itself but some coupons for health services, which is not what I was told in the beginning. I have health insurance through the company that I work for. I also found the email address: medicialinquiries@hotmail.com on the Rip-off website with the statement from the I Health Support senior customer service staff that stated that any customer that was not satisfied to send an email with contact information and someone would be back in touch within 48 hours.

I sent an email requesting a refund with all my contact information and over a week later received a response email telling me to contact customer service. Now, I can not even get a hold of customer service because they are updating their phone systems. Hmmmmm... All I want is a refund for the $299.00 that was taken out of my checking account over 7 months ago. (I certainly should be asking for more just for the aggravation this whole thing has caused me!!!)
