Ripoff sent my money to a bank in Florida instead of the one they told me in SD

Two weeks ago I was contacted by the same man Derek Thompson as the man, Robert, in Washington. It sounded like a great deal... I am trying to rebuild my credit and 99.95 was the lowest price I had found. It has been 10 working days since I gave them my information... And yet no card. I have called and found out that my money went to a bank in Tampa, Florida. Tried to get a hold of someone today, but the time difference screwed me.

The bank was called Terrace Bank, they gave me the number of ACH Commerce, the company that does the transferring between banks. Unfortunatly, they were also closed by the time I called. We need to help each other get our money back.
