Ripoff fraud dishonest fakes rude

This all start with my girlfriend getting an email in regards to getting approval for a new credit card.

She went to the link in the email on March 2nd, filled in the information, thinking that she would have to wait for approval. She then got the following email the same day:

Congratulations on applying for your Impact Visa* Card!

Your order confirmation number is 6214xxx. Please retain this number for your records and include it with any correspondence to Impact Card.

Thank you for your application. We now have all the necessary information to process your application.
Once your Application has been accepted and approved, you will receive your Impact Card within 4-6 Weeks.

Your card will be mailed to the address submitted. We check all submissions to verify I.D. Numbers and to make sure that the zip code matches the city you specify. Make sure the zip code and all other information is correct or you may experience a delay, or you may not receive your card at all. You will receive your pin within 3 working days of receiving your card. Your card and PIN are mailed separately for security purposes.

The next day on March 3rd, we were charged $169.00. I called Icard on March 7th, and talked to one of the representatives, and was told only my girlfriend could call and cancel the card. The rep failed to tell me at the time that you had to call within 3 business days in order to get the money refunded. I had my girlfriend call the next day, and they said they would cancel the card, but that they would not refund the money.

On April 4th, I found another charge on my account, this time for $29.95. Called my bank, and found that it was for the same company. Called and spoke to a Rep, and was told this was for Credit Services, something to help rebuild your credit, though it sounded like it was just them reporting positively that you used their card, which any other company does for free.

Finally found this site, and have called my banks fraud department and am waiting for them to get back with me.
