Ripoff fraudulent billing

I applied for this internet shopping credit card and I have never recieved anyting from them the member joining fee was 179.00 I think and that was quickly taken out of my account and today while checking my accout information I noticed that 14.00 more dollars was taken out for the same company. Again I never thought this was going to be like this. And when calling the company I never get an answer I always get that the operator is busy and the voice prompt saying to leave a message.
