Ripoff They stole money from me

I got a call from them and it sounded too good to be true. I have been trying to regain my credit rating and their card sounded like what I needed. So I stupidly gave them my information and account information so I could make the $249 payment. Well I started to get suscpicious when my card didn't come so I looked them up on the web and found this. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau, and have contacted my bank. But, because they sent the payment through as an electronic check, not as check card, the bank won't do anything. I don't know what to do now. So beware of these crooks.
