I've had problems with Bank One and payments in the last two weeks. One payment was lost—it vanished! Another one was socked a $39.00 late fee—great way to make money isn't it? Based on their comments, it took 8 days for the mail to go from Colorado to Ky with a first class stamp! That's bull! It's a raquet to rip-off customers!
Don't do business wiht Bank One!
