Thank God for your writers. I was about to hear from Centex about a loan today. I prayed about the loan and asked God for guidance. Something being nagging me inside to go onlline and research mortgage companies. I had tiime todaaay and decided to follow God's guidance and find wisdom in what I was about to do. I found this web sight and amazed and sadden to read all the negative things about this company. I immediately got on the phone to my friends about this web sight. I truly believe word of mouth will also stop these companies and help others.

We have stopped as consumers in the olden days boycotting companies and standing up for our neighbors. Thank you to everyone who took the time to write and saved many people from the same lost of their homes. Centex sent someone over to appraised my home at a high value and said it was the highest on my street. I went online to see what the houses sold for this year and last year the avg. Was from $189,000 to 250,000.

Centex appraised my house for $289,000 and told me on the phone that my house appraised higher then anyone one my block. Yet, they could not give back all the money I needed. It sound like just idential to your consumers complaint. Therefore Thanks to your writers I just going to clean up my credit even better and try again with someone else later. Centex can keep the appraisial money because God saved my house and thousands dollars later. I learn there is no easy way out just paid your bills if possible on time and shut these companies down. But unfortunatly things happen and we have to depend on the honest of people that say they will help you out and understand your problem. Stay away from these people.!!!
