Just sold to America's Home Servicing ripoff Baltimore Maryland

I just wanted to start my own thread of experiences with this company. I have spent about two hours researching on this site and others the practices of this company. My loan was recently sold to them (4/06) and I did not get any information about this until last week (5/8/06) about where to send my payment to or how to even contact them So of course my May payment is now LATE! And the saga begins.

After reading much of what was posted I have decided to us my bank's online free bill pay to pay my mortgage every month. This why I will have a record of when exactly they received my payment and be able to document my case in the event they post late to my account as some have said that they do.

I am going to re-finance just to get away from these people. What ever happened to the frendily neighboor bank that kept your mortgage forever?
