TPP Ripoff This company did not fullfil promises and did not refund the money

ThePrivatePage, AKA TPP was found in the middle of 2004. As it advertised, it promised to let members earn money after 3 months, but members have to pay $199.98 for the first time. I paied moeny and wait for 3 months, nothing earned. According to their policy and as promised, 1 month after 3 months period, they will refund the money. However, two months has passed after first 3 months, nothing happens, I sent email to them and they replied by email that they don't have money to refund and asked me to wait for few weeks or few months to get it. I know this is excuse, they will never refund the money. Many people have been cheated, including the downline under me.
