These people took my check cashed it and never mentioned to me that "supposedly" there was a problem with the check. Only when I had called to check on the status of my loan they mentioned the problem.

I asked them to send the check back but they refused, (never mentioning that it was already cashed). I fought with these people for over a month always taking names and extension numbers only to call back and find that individual to be on "vacation".

Therefore I always had to speak with someone completely unfamiliar with my account, which led me to anothr runnarround. FINALLY, everything is where it should be (I think) and I have vowed to never do business with this company again.
