Charged Upfront Fees, Then the Card Account Never Opens

They approve you, you send them the 2 fees, and then they wait 30 days and then they can't open your account. They are just using your money to collect the interest. The FBI should be investigating this company - I'm going to be reporting them to the Boston, MA FBI headquarters tomorrow.
