Rude and Unhelpful Loan Representative After Repeated Calls

This was my third call trying to get my new home loan properly set up with the correct address, after Alex, the original loan representative for Veterans United, failed in several ways and never clarified whether there was a mailing receptacle at the new home. I ended up speaking with Shereeka, who immediately matched my frustration instead of trying to understand it. She was rude and put me on hold multiple times. Not a fan of Veterans United.
