failure to disperse funds from account TOD

William Van Behren with Truist Investment Services has been as adverse as possible in my requests for my mother's money left to me on September 22, 2024- I have not gotten any response from him in spite of visiting several Truist Branch offices - requesting that they provide some assistance- additionally the executor of the Will for Michaelina Simmons has failed to properly communicate according to her fiduciary duties consistently for over a year- Karren McGhee in Milledgeville Georgia- I would like to file a formal complaint against both parties, there is residuary that has been hidden as a Goldman Sachs account as well, by Karren Mcghee. Unfortunately, I have to turn in my own family. AS of today, I have not received money intended for me- and get no response from Truist-
