Impossible to get ahold of anyone

Capital One does not provide an easy way to get ahold of anyone. I have TWO issues.

1) I can't remember my logon credentials. I tried the "forgot username" and "forgot password" links to no avail. First it wants to send a text to my landline (correct last four digits), then when I try to have it call me it says that it doesn't have my number. When I enter my landline number, there's a glitch and I have to start all over, again.

2) I recently acquired an auto loan through a local Honda dealership. I received the first bill, but have not received a bill, since. I almost missed a payment because of this. But I can't get ahold of anyone to find out what is going on.

This is ludicrous. I tried contacting someone using the phone numbers on the site, but the automated system is completely useless. It just keeps demanding information that I don't have handy, and after just two attempts at getting an agent, it says "goodbye" and hangs up on me. I WANT TO SPEAK WITH A REAL PERSON!
