Trying to scam me and won't stop calling even after i have told them not too. Ripoff!

This company has tried to scam me with the same ploy listed by others; a free grant that will cost me money upfront to receive. I have asked them to stop calling me on several occasions but they will not. I would like to see what can be done to stop this from happening.
