Hello Dear World Traders,

I am placing this complain to let everyone know about Tradeview bad activities, on december 10th they have killed my account at a sufficient margin level of 440%. My account was trading under a MAM 630172 and suddenly Tradeview's Systems killed my account. They closed 2 big trades under MAM account 630172 generating losses, those 2 losses were reflected on my account as 1 big loss of over -12K. When it should reflect 2 trades, i am seeking for compensation, Tradeview`S staff are not co-operating, when asked for their API report they sent MT4 REPORT where it shows on the comments box stop out levels that i never saw in my account, also my account never received a margin call, NEITHER REACHED STOP OUT LEVELS.

And below you can see their vague responses, claiming at my manager, At the time this has happened we were all watching the account every second until unexpectedly Tradeview killed it. Here are their responses.

I AM SEEKING COMPENSATION ON THIS ISSUE. IF TRADEVIEW IS A REAL AND SERIOUS BROKER THEY WILL REFUND MY LOSSES CAUSED BY THEIR SYSTEMS IF THEY DO NOT, THEY SIMPLE ARE ANOTHER GREEDY BROKER. I TRULY WISH THIS CAN BE RESOLVED.
