Duplicate mortgage note on parents' loan will not be released

Homegold created a duplicate mortgage note for my now dead elderly parents. It has been over 12 years since Interbay collected the payoff and released the lien.
However Interbay who has POA will not release the XXXXXX-2 note which is really a nonexistent loan.
The lawyers and attorneys general in multiple states are and have been watching this band of crooks.
It's high time the Feds step in and clean up Mr. Sheppard's gang once and for all.
I would bet that more will be going down river if they don't run to Cancun or something.
