Homegold created a duplicate mortgage note for my now dead elderly parents. It has been over 12 years since Interbay collected the payoff and released the lien.
However Interbay who has POA will not release the XXXXXX-2 note which is really a nonexistant loan.
The lawyers and attorney generals in multiple states are and have been watching this band of crooks.
Its high time the Feds step in and clean up Mr. Sheppards gang once and for all.
I would bet that more will going down river if they don't run to Cancun or something.
What a batch of jokers, where the hell is Batman when you need him!
