I am experiencing a terrible time with PNC Bank. After becoming unemployed I used my PNC card for a job offer. The job was purchasing products. The job turned out to be a scam and I was never gong to be reimbursed. PNC behaved rather ignorantly in acting as though they had never heard of a scam. They are unwilling to make any arrangements.
