I let Horizon Gold debit my bank account for $28.85 as I might be able to get some Christmas gifts. They did so. When I received my card I looked at the site where I might get gifts. The only thing I thought I MIGHT buy was a pack of footies for 5.88. When I contacted them and told them I wanted to cancel the account and get my money back, they tried to sell me more things. I told them I just wanted my money back and cancel my account. AI received an email confirmation of my request.in a few days I checked my bank account and found that they did not credit my bank account, they again charged me another $29.95. Plus my bank charged me nsf charges. I called HG again and got another run-around telling me that I would see the credit in 3-5 days. Still waiting. Please do not join this company. It will just raise your blood pressure and cost you money.
