Ripoff stole money from my acct took $74/mo more than authorized twice!

I have auto-pay for my Wells Fargo mortgage. Nov & Dec last yr, they decided to take out $74 MORE than they're authorized to. Thus, I had much smaller amount in bank than I thought. Checks bounced, costing me $25 NSF fees from merchants and my bank both.
WF refuses to reimburse me the xtra they "stole" and refuses to pay all the NSF fees they caused. When I email them about it, their reply is: call us. I am DEAF, I can't call anyone. Email is the only way I can communicate. They are not only crooks, but discriminatory to the disabled!
