I have just started with EMC Mortgage, when my note was sold to them, apparently I made one payment and they returned my payment. I had been on a payment plan with my previous lender and apparently the information was never sent to EMC. I am now having difficulty in clearing the case with them and have been forced to go into a forebearance with them. My question is has anybody reported this to the Federal Trade Commission. I accidently got on this website and trust me it disgustes me to know that this mortgage company is doing this to consumers. If no one has reported this, well trust me I will. This company can not be doing this to consumers.
