Ripoff took over meeting from Ageis never notified

Ocwen apparently took over my mortgage at some point in November. I was never notified!!!

Not until they wanted to forclose on my house. I called and called to find out why my payment were no longer coming out of the bank, couldnt get any answers, from ANYONE. Ocwen is so rude they wouldnt even take a payment from me... They only want a forebarence agreement!!! Or they want to foreclose!

I have yet to be notified that the mortgage was sold, or that they owned it. Better yet, they show a foreclosesure on the credit bureau and we have never been served... This is a tactic to keep paper is all it is, they know I am going to refi with someone else and so, they wont take a payment and want me 120 days late. They wont even take a direct payment!

This is a scam because of what they did to themselves last year with offering all these 1% loans, and now they want to make up for it by shafting people that are willing to pay. They want me to give them 4,000.00 or a forebearance. Forget it, I will get the banking commission on this one ASAP.
