Ripoff Why has no one made a complaint to the BBB about this company

Out of all these complaints posted here against EMC Mortgage, why can I not find one single complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau? I have looked on the official BBB website (www.bbb.org) and also their Dallas chapter website, and nothing. I would believe that that would be the best recourse to handle this company.
