Card is not processed

Hi,

I am from Chennai, Verizon Data services. I applied for credit card and rep collected all signed docs from me. Now they are saying that docs are not on local address and need a proof on this. I recently relocated from Kerala to Chennai, I have no local address proof, but provided office ID and other details. Still they are holding the request on this matter. It is very bad as they already collected signed docs. I need at least return my docs or process request.
