Credit Card Application Held Over Local Address Proof

Hi,

I am from Chennai, Verizon Data Services. I applied for a credit card and the rep collected all the signed documents from me. Now they are saying that the documents are not on a local address and need proof of it. I recently relocated from Kerala to Chennai and have no local address proof, but I provided my office ID and other details. They are still holding the request on this matter. It is very bad, as they already collected signed documents. At the very least, I need my documents returned or my request processed.
