I decided to try this program 6 months ago, I read through the FAQ's and was relieved to see that canceling my membership would be simple... All I had to do was call a 800 number. Well I looked one time at my credit report and decided the program was crap and wanted to get my membership canceled. I tried calling the Only 800 number over 1000 times. It is always Busy! I have tried emailing their customer service dept over 100 times with no response. Needless to say I have been charged over $60 in membership fees and they are still comeing! I have no idea how to cancel my membership and I'm going through Hell with my CC company to try and get some help. Please do not use this web page FreeCreditReport.com They will rip you off
