Business & Finance

On or about 6 November I received a phone call from a representative promising me a credit card within 28 days. There was a $249.00 processing fee. I inquired further into this, and he stated that this was already preapproved. So, I provided the information for this company to withdraw the money on 15 November.

I believed these people to be legitimate because they had provided me a 1-866-784-0260 and extension number. They did withdraw the money, and had not provided this card within the 28 days they gauranteed. I have since called and inquired.

I did receive a packet that had pamphlets that could be received by any AAA or vacation location. I did not receive a signature card, and when I call this 866 number, I get a voice recorder that puts me on hold and after 45 seconds of waiting, tells me to leave my name and number. I continue to call and call and call, and occasionally, I do get a live operator.

This operator says that they have provided all they promised and hangs up. They don't have a manager to speak to, but will give you an address to write to them. They have very poor customer service, and I question their integrity. I hope someone can help me, or at the very least, I hope you pay heed to this number and do not provide information to these people. Thank you for hearing me.
