NSS Magazine Service Center
Charged $69.95 for magazine I do not receive. Ripoff!

Education & Science

NSS charged my credit card account $69.95 for a magazine I have not been receiving. I called the 800 number listed on the bill and got the run around from an automated operator. They do not give the caller the option to talk to a "live" person to question the charges. I called the credit card number and the operator called an emergency number and got through to a consumer service representative of NSS.

After hearing our complaint she asked us to hold a minute while she checked into the problem. She came back in a few minutes and told us the computers were down and she could not help us at this time. The credit card representative told me she was putting this information in her personal file and she was going to call the number again in a few days to see if she received the same run around. My suspicions have been confirmed. It is a rip-off.
