HomEq called me about 2 months later on my Cell phone and stated why have i not made my payments i never new of them and never was notified that they had bought my loan, so i told them is this a prank... Called and did not pay any attention to the call on my Cell phone at that I dont even no how they got it... They put me in forclure and actual sold my home... But thats ok because i am filing one of the biggest law suits they have ever seen because reciepts are very important... Has any one else experience that.
