Ripoff heartless don't care for families Vero Beach

We where in hurrican france and hurrican jane in sept, of 2204. It has been a fight with everyone that works for emc. Phonecalls a joke 2 hours of beening on hold. No answers to anything.

We payed for our roof out of pocket 12,000.00 and still didn't get any of your money back. They think that everyone has a big bank account not!!! We can't get any money to even start on fixing the house. We our missing walls and mold and flooring but they just don't care. They are heartless people. I have three kids but they could care a less that you have to take from them because they will not sign over the money i need to fix my home and make it a safe place for them. There should be laws for this.
