Ripoff! Money was taken out of my checking account with out my knowlege or concent

I was contacted by lendingtree by phone after applying online for refinance information. After giving personal information regarding refinanceing my currant mortgage.

I discovered that lendingtree's closing cost were 7,000 so I told them no thanks. Later I discovered they had used the personal information given to them to charge my checking account with an unautherised $79.

When I attempted to contact some one at their company to confront them about the charge I had to waid through neumerious recorded messages. When finally I was able to speek with a representitave he informed me this was standerd practice to charge a $79. Fee after a certain amount of time. I do not expect to get this money back but I want every one els to be informed.
