Indymac Bank can ruin your credit ripoff

Beware of lendingtree! Boycott! Make sure you read the fine print!

When you complete information about yourself in LendingTree.com, you are actually MAKING AN APPLICATION FOR CREDIT with lenders. I did not realize this. I thought I was just going to get calls from lenders to see if the product they had would work for my situation. Then I got a letter of denial from a lender that I had not even talked to, and of course, they say they will notify the credit bureaus!

I think this is unethical and should be illegalized! I have filed formal complaints, and hopefully they will be put out of business or at least change the way they do things! If you have a complaint, please file it with www.ftc. Gov/credit.
