Never received my accountnow card

I sent in ssc, drivers license, pay stub, sub lease agreement, and even wrote a letter stating my unfortunate situation considering you guys never mailed me my card. I wasnt infuriated not one bit because I understood we all make mistakes until I was hit with "your funds are being frozen and we won't send another card until you validate proof of residence" so I put my pride aside and did so with no problem afterwards I got a call stating you guys needed a pay stub so I sent one, that wasn't good enough neither, so then it lead to a utility bill which i plan on sending until you guys called and said you needed a w2 form as well. Now I'm like REally!!! You want my whole life and you guys have my life on hold on your accountnow card, this is outrageous!!! All I ask for is can you please reissue my card I beg you with sincerity and honesty!!! I have done nothing but follow the guidelines you ask of me
