Centurian Benefit Mastercard
Ripoff Smooth Talking operator who bascially turned out to be a con and insisted that I had applied for a new Mastercard

Business & Finance

I recieved a call back in October stating that the Mastercard that I had applied for had been approved. I at that time stated I had not applied for anything, but being a single parent and money being tight I regretfully listened to what she had to say.

The Operator (who I might add seemed to be my new best friend) began to tell me that my credit limit would be 2000.00 and all I would have to do was have $249.00 a onetime fee deducted from my account.

I began to explain that I didnt quite understand and that I didnt have that kind of funds. Before I realized it she was confirming everything with me and I was hooked.

The very next day I began calling the customer service number that I had been given to no avail. It took until December 6th before anything was deducted from my account. I immediately began trying to contact customer service again.

After several attempts I finally spoke with someone who stated that my "packet" would be mailed out within a few weeks. I requested that I be sent something confirming this in writing and was told that they had no capibility of doing this.

Since this time I have tried to make daily contact with these people with no response other that " The Packet is in the Mail" when I questioned the integruity of this company I was hung up on but not before they could tell me I wasn't worth arguing with they had the money I didnt.
