Ripoff Cancellation line of credit without return annual fee

We had unsecured line of credit w / bank one which they cancelled without warnign the problem is that under their loan agreement they were required to give back pro rata share of annual fee since i am a class action atty i asked how many people they did they to they have refused to answer for months despite letters to chairman etcm instead they gave me a refund of $20 in hopes that i would go away and be prevented from filing as a named plaintiff has this happened to anyone else? I would like to file a class case it is a slam dunk
