First Consumers National Bank
Ripoff bank did not advise me if it would refund annual fee or the credit balance

Business & Finance

I have had a FCNB Visa card for about 4 years. I have a credit line above 3000. And have never had a problem with this company. A few days ago I received a notice of termination of account for "business reasons".

I have a credit balance on the account and recently paid my annual fee. The bank did not advise me if it would refund the annual fee or mention anything about refunding the credit balance. I have read the other reports about excessive fees, late payments etc. I would like to say that I have always received courteous service and prompt answers to any inquiry I sent. I have never encountered the problems that so many of the authors have complained about. My wife and I both have Spiegel charge accounts and hope this company is not going to suspend charge privileges as well, even if they are owned by the same corporation.
