My accountnow card

My return was deposited May 16 through accountnow at 776 Humphries st Atlanta, ga 30310. I never received a card so after the first time of noticing my card didn't come I called them to have one re-issued which they did with no problem, business days went by and still no card. Not even considering the fact that I just moved out of my mothers house to my cousins house (776 humphries st atlanta, ga 30310) who was later evicted. I called again and suddenly they are telling me to fax in documents to a card that has 8,941 dollars on it, all because I wanted my card transferred to another address because I know longer live at this address anymore. I'm really going through it right now!!! I will send these documents but from the look of these reviews it seems as if though it won't make any difference. Can someone please help me, thank you
