Denied claim

After giving me the run around for 6 weeks they denied my claim on pre existing condition. My husband was injured at work and after dealing with workers comp and doctors they scheduled his operation the day of my trip. (To celebrate my baby sisters 50 birthday.) As his arm was being operated on as well as medications he had to have a care taker. How ever Access America feels that we should have known all this before making my travel plans... What is insurance for again??? We are denied. I'm tired of being so pissed off at them and all the time and energy wasted by their bogus company. Do not be a FOOL. Just another 'legal' rip off by a big ole company.
