Access America did not provided benefits for medical and trip expenses arguing that my policy date coverage ended before my trip. It does not make any sense since I have a travel agent's ("ORBITZ") receipt that clearly reads "TRIP PROTECTOR". I was advice that I have a good case but I have to travel to Virginia and take legal action in the small claim court against Access America. I was also told that this is what Access America is been doing for a long time. I just wonder if there is any other way to stop Access America from ripping people off in such shameless way.
