I accidentally left my wallet at the counter after talking to a teller inside the bank. I didn't know that I left it there. After looking for it for a few days, I determined I lost my wallet, along with ID, Fifth Third debit AND credit card. Two weeks later, I got a call from Fifth Third telling me they have my wallet. Two weeks later? I had my cards there. Why did it take so long? Horrible.
