Kevin Trudeau - Nouveau Tech Secret Society Emotional tug at seamingly a pivital time in your life

I thought this was the best (concept and follow-thru) scam that has come along in a long time. This is how it played out for me, and where I am now:
I have seen Kevin Trudeau (if that's his real name) selling his books on TV about Natural Cures for everything. I eventually sent money to purchase the original. It has been three weeks since I sent them 39.99 and I have not received the book yet.in the mean time I did receive a memo type letter telling me I have been selected to join a "Secret Society" that will change my life. Apparently they "found" me through my ordering the book. They wanted to send me a FREE 56 page manual that would change my life forever. All I had to do was send back the request form to prove I was one of the special chosen ones. Amazingly, even though they could not get the original book to me for 7-10 weeks, they were able to ship the manual within days. What I received was the official "Secret Society Orientation Booklet".in it are stories from unknown people with fabulous lives that could never have happened without joining the Secret Society. Some miraculously received the 2300 year old manuscript free of charge. If these people are so filthy rich, why do they have to sell the mauscript, BY FRIDAY? I will not be sending the $139.00 for the manuscript so that one of these people can get richer. At this point I am concerned that 1.) I won't receive the original book I ordered and 2.) If I do receive it, it will be a book that supplies a cure only for my need to hang on to my money.
