Rip off

Withdrew a web "authorized" amount of $354.90 from my checking account, even though I didn't authorize it. I've tried calling their number but no one answers or I get voicemail. I was also told that I would be getting a free Gateway computer, but never received any such thing. I've tried calling their number but recieved no answer. Still have no refund.
